Termination of Employment Relationship because of efficiency from the company
was regulated in article 164(3) the regulation number 13/2003 about
Employment Regulation, and confirm vy the decision of constitutional court
number 19/PUU-IX/2011, sample case was did by PT Indo Baja Dayatama with
their employees because of the market steel business was down, that impact the
demand decrease of PT Indo Baja Dayatama. Formulation of the problem issued
of this essay was below 1. Is the company that do the termination of employment
relationship with their employees is in accordance with article 164 (3) the
regulation number 13/2003 about Employment Regulation and confirm by the
Decision of Constitutional court number 19/PUU-IX/2011?2. Is the
compensasion which are given by the cassasion verdict number 69k/PDT.SUSPHI/
2017 is accordance with article the regulation number 13/2003 about
Employment Regulation? This research is a type of normative research. The
approach method in this research is the statutory regulation approach (statue
approach). The legal materials used in this research are primary, secondary and
tertiary legal materials. Collecting data in this research is to use document
studies or library materials mainly on secondary data. after all the data
collected will be analyzed and in the end in this study all the data that has been
obtained will then be systematically arranged
